The strong emphasis on learning means that new associates and interns are taken through a comprehensive on the job training program. Each one of us, from the senior-most partner to the youngest associate, is expected to undergo training at different stages of his or her career. An integral part of the Firm-wide learning process is the Friday Presentation, in which associates and partners participate in an open discussion about issues relevant to the Firm's practice.
