Poornima Hatti has extensive experience in advising clients across jurisdictions in all aspects of dispute resolution. She has clients in both international commercial arbitration and domestic arbitrations, litigation before various fora in India including the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Karnataka High Court and various courts in South East Asia.
Poornima has also been closely involved in mediations across Asia and has been trained by the Singapore Mediation Centre.
Prior to joining the Firm, Poornima was with a leading international firm at their Singapore office where she assisted clients across various Asian jurisdictions. Her past experience also includes working in Bangalore as a sole practitioner and working with Amarchand Mangaldas as part of their dispute resolution practice in New Delhi.
Poornima is a visiting faculty member at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and is a member of the LCIA- Young International Arbitration Group and the Australasian Forum of International Arbitration. Poornima has a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, (2003), and a LLM from London School of Economics, UK (2006), (Graduate Merit Scholar). She is admitted to practise law in India.
